The shortcut customizer for TB! has been disappointing since the scope
of choices for remapping doesn't include single keys and the remapped
keys don't always work well especially the ones that normally work
whichever sub-window is in focus. However, it's a new feature-set so I
hope and expect that it will be improved upon. Until then PowerPro is
my friend.

It's a macro tool extra-ordinaire. It can carry out keyboard stroke
sequences, execute apps, bring windows in focus etc. These sequences
can be bound to hotkeys. These hotkeys can be window bound, i.e., they
work only when a particular window is in focus or they can be made
system wide. You can execute these macros using hotkeys or using
toolbar buttons that you create. There are other things that it does,
but I mainly use it for macros. It's very stable and carries a very
small memory footprint. I use it a lot with TB!.

Another interesting aspect is that it's free. ;)
