Many non-English keyboards have 3 chars is some (or many) keys. For example Spanish keyboard's 2 key, you get " with shift and @ with AltGR. The "[" is actually an AltGR character, that's why is unusable for TB's message list navigation. -- Best regards, Miguel A.
