I work with a lot of newbies. They very badly want text labels under their toolbar icons. They also very badly want everything they do regularly on their toolbar. The reason is simple: it's a whole lot easier to figure out how to do what they want to do. Because The Bat! does not have these capabilities, I needs must give them Outlook Express.
