Yes... you can turn on Windows Classic view, although it still has some funky
bits that don't sit just how they used to in Win9x.

Begging for miracles? ;)  I doubt even with all the MS patches for 2k, you could
secure it unless you had it sitting behind a proper firewall (like a Cisco PIX
firewall for example).  Even then I'd be concerned about issues such as IIS
bugs, even so called patched issues.

I thought it was Windows 9x/ME... didn't realise they were dropping support for
2K as well... An unusual move seeing as they have not really been pushing WinXP
as a server product yet (not that I'd noticed anyway)
