I'm sorry to sound anal about it but top-posting bugs the hell out of me, its
bad etiquette.
Pegasus uses bottom posting, and Mozilla does. Netscape for some reason is now
using top posting but can be altered.
Web services are another kettle of fish..
Consider another analogy. Try driving on your side on the road here in the UK!
