With so little info it is my guess that the system doesn't recognize you
a Authorized User.
This has my puzzled: (recipient rejected due to no authorized destination groups)

Begin by checking your Account name and Password.
Next check your server settings:
Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server
Outgoing mail (SMTP) Server

Check the Help pages of your ISP for those
