More information, as requested -

We have new broadband system to replace our old modem system. At
present both systems are available on separate computers. I am trying
to setup TheBat! on the broadband system for all of our future e-mail
so that I can ditch the old modem system.

The broadband system comes from a new (to us) ISP but I still have the
modem ISP (Compuserve) and we have a seperate website address
(ScotWeave.com) looked after by someone else.

To test the operation of TB I have been trying to send test
e-mail to our compuserve address <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> and via
our website <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (which redirects to the compuserve
address).

So I setup a new, empty message in TB (no templates or anything
fancy) enter [EMAIL PROTECTED] as the "To" address , stick
"Test" as subject and "Test Message" as the actual message and click
on the "Send the letter" icon.

TB goes through the motions then the following is an example from the
log -

 15/08/2002, 11:54:20: SEND - sending mail messages - 1 messages in queue
15/08/2002, 11:54:22: SEND - connected to SMTP server
15/08/2002, 11:54:23: SEND - sending message to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
15/08/2002, 11:54:26: SEND - The last address submitted was
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
!15/08/2002, 11:54:26: SEND - Message has not been sent. Server reply -
Recipient Not Authorised [recipient rejected due to no authorised
destination groups]
 15/08/2002, 11:54:26: SEND - connection finished - 0 messages sent
15/08/2002, 11:54:26: SEND - Some messages were not sent - check the log
for details

If I use [EMAIL PROTECTED] as the address then the same thing
happens. If I send to my broadband address [EMAIL PROTECTED]
then the message is sent okay.

I have even tried sending this message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] using TB
but that fails too so it's back to OE (sigh!)

If I try the same thing on OE then it all works okay.

I have checked the account settings of OE and TB and the mail settings
all seem identical (POP3 and SMTP servers etc. are the same).

I don't know who is rejecting me - the only information I can find is
in the log as shown above.

How would "worldless.net" get in the header ? Until now I'd never
heard of this before.

How can I look at the message header ?

Thanks for the response
Alan Watters
