You can't.

Yes :-) The fact that there's no program or machine that can do every
imaginable task automatically or get programmed to do _anything_ that
might come to a users mind. :-) (OK, maybe except SAP??? *G*)

I guess unless now there just wasn't the need for such a function that
does:

"Delete everything older than 'x' days from that particular folder, but
only if 'Z' equals 'Y'." ( substitute 'Z' with 'sender' and 'Y' with
senders name and you have your special case :-) ).

Most user will delete _everything_ older than 'x' days from that folder, or
if not interested in posting from a particular person move it's postings to
a dedicated folder.
Everything else is quite complex and would, if being implemented, have been
written in such a way of _GENERAL_ use that it is quite unpredictable if it
really works as expected in every single case (or in other words: bug
hunting would be such a pain nobody would be able to do it in a reasonable
amount of time).  :-)))
