Absolutely correct :-) But how are roles allocated in this case? :-)))

Is it my redundancy not seeing the need for 'delete after X days if Z
equals Y' or is it yours not storing mails that should be handled 'author
wise' in a folder structure that represents 'author wise handling'? ;-)

Quite philosophical, isn't it? :-)
