Use the "Dispatch Mail on Server" from Account menu, choose "All
Messages".

When the Dispatcher window opens look for all messages you already
have received and un-check "Receive", leave "Delete checked. Now,
there will be one message after the last you received, this will most
certainly be the culprit - don't ask me what exactly the problem is,
but it will likely be an unwanted post. For this also un-check
"Receive" and let "Delete" checked. Now close the dispatcher and close
the connection.

The next time you download your mails everything should be alright.
