Potentially yes, and people like us, using non-mainstream and
powerful software like TB! tend to always be saddened by the small
user base of such fine software.

With a userbase that is largely not in the know as people using
PC's, it's a matter of who gets to them first with a reasonably
working product. It'll be difficult to get them to change since
there will be the natural resistance to change if they perceive what
they're already using and spent a significant amount of time getting
accustomed to, to be working just fine for them. Not to mention that
they'll have to be paying for it.

For large companies, they're faced with the resources and money
involved in deploying a new application. They have to be convinced
of the returns being worthwile in making such as change.

So for a relative new comer as TB!, I'd say it's not doing badly
considering the market situation, although the recent bad publicity
about it being a spammers tool isn't doing its potential market much
good.
