I realised that is what you meant... but even if TB! didn't tag those fields,
and update the headers you are talking to, it is quite easy to see the mail
didn't come from who it was supposed to have come from.

Actually that is technically incorrect.  It puts a new mid, and your email so
that the end user knows it got redirected.  I don't see anywhere it putting in
your address like MS Word does if you specify it in the configuration.
