Does PC-Cillin itself have a command line interface? Trend's engine is what's behind OnTrack's AV package (SystemSuite) but OnTrack doesn't provide a command line to it so it's almost useless for e-mail protection. If PC-Cillin doesn't do command line interaction then TB may have trouble using it.
