I think I've tried that. I saved all attachments to the same folder (using the default names, which I assume are the names in the original email) then through Windows Explorer opened the message.htm file. Again the graphs did not appear. Each graphics file (all GIF format) opens individually without errors, but I can't seem to view the entire original email as intended. It's about two weeks before the next of these reports is due. Perhaps I can get Mum addicted to TB! in that time. Then she can pressure the sender to use another format (in examining her mailbase I find that 18 months ago these reports were sent as PDF files. In the past year I've had about one call every two months from my mother regarding virus problems (she calls me more often than that, but just because she loves me, not because the computer has problems). If installing TB! leads to more frequent calls, then from my point of view it's a downgrade. As far as I know the most infectious current viruses do little direct damage to a user's system. They use bandwidth in emailing themselves, but their usage would never approach my mother's monthly limit. They affect reputation, but the infected messages I have just deleted from my mother's message base all came from her five most common correspondents. If they're sending her viruses, they're not likely to object to her sending them viruses. -- Tim [EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v1.61 on Windows 98 4.10 Build 1998 ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
