I was under the impression that most of the English language stuff
was there. If there is other stuff not included there then it has
simply not been submitted to me for inclusion.

That's a nice thought. I don't have the time to rework the (pretty
large) content into that format right now.

If it's on the main menu then doesn't that class as "included"?

Also, the last round of main TB "Help" file updates involved the
movement of some of the FAQ content into the Help file.
