For one thing, I'm archiving all lists I'm a member of and not all lists run a public accessible archive. A second reason is access time. Running a search on my local harddisk with TB is a lot faster than via the net. Nowadays I'm on ADSL and that's a reasonable connection, but before this summer I had a cable ISP that was very slow. As a third reason I like the way TB finds messages even in other accounts if necessary. And the habit of certain list members to post message-id's helps only for locally stored messages. -- Groetjes, Roelof ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
