Sorry, I disagree. If I hit "anywhere", I do mean "anywhere".
Otherwise I would have another radio button, right? And I do have the
need to search for attachment names sometimes - "anywhere" doesn't
allow me to.

Yes, that's what I was referring to.

These MIME headers are what I called "lower headers". I wasn't sure of
the official name. You cannot search for them within TB.
