I'm not sure you can do it the way I'm thinking about, but if you use
the  Account-Dispatch mail on server for each person you get mail for,
if there is anything left it would be those messages NOT to a person you
specified, right? So you take those and filter them for @domain ( no
userID), then you have SPAM left.
