What you can do is start the taskmanager and then start the application
(The Bat!) that is experiencing the freeze. You should still see the
offending program jump to the top of the list if you sort it on CPU
time.

Freezing has nothing to do with processing power but all with badly
behaving programs

That's it alright. I tried it first with ZoneLabs disabled end then
found a setting that worked.

The correlation between thinking well and making successful shots is not
100 percent. But the correlation between thinking badly and unsuccessful
shots is much higher.
