Yes. Go to Account / Sorting Office / Selective Download / New... and
try the "Kill" option under the Advanced tab.

However, I don't use this, for two reasons:

1.) TB will download all headers to see if an Selective Download
filter string is met, even if there is only one such filter, before
downloading the messages. If you have a fast connection, this will be
irrelevant for you though.

2.) A message "killed" on (i.e. deleted from) the server is gone. If
there is a mistake in your filtering string, you will never know.
Therefore, if you download all messages and put those meeting the
filter criteria into a special folder which you can review at a later
time, you might catch "false positives".
