Greetings Spyder, On Friday, March 28, 2003, 2:21:05 AM, you wrote: S> I'm using S> * The Bat! That forces all data packet and port activity to funnel through 2 applications which is not recommended and highly discouraged. data out --- 1st software firewall packet inspection --- 2nd software firewall packet inspection --- timed out connection on receiving end --- connection reestablished, resend and back through both software firewalls. The same applies reverse for inbound packets and the extreme possibility exists that both software firewalls are fighting over who controls the packet inspection as the primary. Run one or the other but not both. Hope this helps. - -- Regards, DG Raftery Sr. Famous last words: What happens if you touch these two wires tog--ahhhhhhhhhh.
