If two persons wrote to each other about a topic several times, and if they all quoted each other's reply, then how to just quote the latest reply without previous replies? How to put "| " or other self-defined style in front of each line of the quoted text but without ">"? How to make quoted text just one or two blanks (or from the second or third column of each line)?
