Over here, they will stillbe sorted according to Received time or
whatever I choose. I like that.

If I'm not completely off, you will find them there according to the
Received time. I don't often check my Trash folder - if I mistakenly
deleted a message, I browse "deleted messages". If I move messages to
the wrong folder, the same applies - but it is not a big problem over
here, because I either notice it the same day or I use the Search
function.
