-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi Thomas,

TF> Not by my logic. .. which is clearly missing the point in this instance ;-). TF> Over here, they will stillbe sorted according to Received time TF> or whatever I choose. I like that. They will *never* be sorted in "order placed in folder". To find a message in that way you would need to know exactly when it was received. >> This is especially useful when tracking down messages recently >> moved to trash or the wrong folder... TF> If I'm not completely off, you will find them there according to TF> the Received time. Erm .. only if you happen to know it when you moved the wrong message to the wrong folder or deleted one you didn't mean to. Sure, I've found messages I deleted mistakenly, but it's taken me more time than it could have done if the "unsorted" viewing order were an option. Having this option would round off the feature set nicely. Arguing against having it because received order is all you need seem a little narrow a viewpoint to me. TF> I don't often check my Trash folder - if I mistakenly deleted a TF> message, I browse "deleted messages". True, that works for recovering a message but... TF> If I move messages to the wrong folder, the same applies - ...except you can't easily find the message in the other folder to remove it from the place it shouldn't be. TF> but it is not a big problem over here, because I either notice TF> it the same day or I use the Search function. ... which takes a whole lot longer than sorting by none and going to the end of the message list! - -- Cheers -- .\\arck D Pearlstone -- List moderator TB! v1.63 Beta/11 on Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1 -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGPsdk version 1.7.1 (C) 1997-1999 Network Associates, Inc. and its affiliated companies. iQA/AwUBPyARtDnkJKuSnc2gEQIOBQCguU3KmeqFjCBsbOoDsw1iyoaawh4AoNUU wZ+8A0gqSaMmu+Y8G7TNbGbg =sJoP -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.62r | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
