Stuart- Why would you want them unsorted? I normally keep my folders sorted by Received time unless I'm looking for mail from a specific person and then I switch temporarily to sort by From. It's hard for me to imagine what an "unsorted" folder would look like.
Are you looking for a "randomize" button?
