If you mean quoted text that sometimes appears as above? All you need
do is place the cursor anywhere in the paragraph and hit ALT+L and
that, assuming your wrap is set up OK, will reformat it to look like:
rg> Those wrapped lines with only 1 word on them are a real pet peeve!
It doesn't just work for quoted text either.
