No - it's all or nothing. I can imagine that you get a lot of
seconders when you add an itme to the wishlist.

Only unread messages are shown as unread (i.e. closed envelope icon),
but you are right, the messages further up the thread are shown bold
as well. The idea is that you can see when there are unread messages
further down the thread. This may be annoying to some, but
unfortunatley, this is not configurable.

Not with the spacebar, but I use crtl-] all the time with exactly that
result.
