They are not "menu" options. You can configure a folder's delete
options in its properties. There is a panel there to configure
"Alternate delete methods". This allows you to specify the movement of
messages to a named folder (in my case, a folder in a special account
called "Archive") and to use the alternate delete method when purging
the folder in question.
