Yes, that's exactly what I want.  After all, if I set up a new email
account, or create colour groups or a myriad of other things, they are
all perfectly visibile/operable from the other user's log on.  So far,
this is the only setting I have found which is not.

That said, there was a lot of stuff in the registry under TB!  I think
they couldn't make up their minds.
