Nope. On a separate drive where I keep most of my data. JA> If that is the case, then the reason you are seeing some of these JA> changes across users is because they are all using the same files. Almost. See my reply to Roelof. You are right about it using the same files. On Windows 2K and higher for example, that's JA> c:\documents and settings\username\. For the same reason I don't have it under the Program Files directory, I don't want it there either. My mail files get big and my C: drive is not. I suppose I could put them under the relative My Documents directories which I have moved to the bigger drive. But how does this solve my problem? (It's late Friday here and the brain is all used up for the week!) If my wife starts TB! it 'cleanses' the email group which is *not* stored in a user-specific place. Where is it stored? In the mail directory? If so, that might solve the problem I guess. If this is the case then I am intrigued why the group definition is in a file and the user definition in the registry. Seems odd. -- Cheers, Allister :flag-newzealand: New Zealand / Aotearoa ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.5.25 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
