For what it's worth, this key bit of information was not present in earlier messages. If it is literally the case that it used to work, and then you changed nothing and now it doesn't work, well, that's not good. Since this case is highly unlikely, it might be worth pondering what you have changed since it worked. Did you upgrade to a newer version of TB?
