I just went through this. This is what I wrote on the beta list:

So if you can live with problems 2 and 3, this is the workaround for
problem 1:

If you still have the email you received when you paid for TB, open
that email and go through the registration process again (Help / Enter
Registration Code).

If you don't have that email any more, you can request your vendor to
send it to you again, but that is troublesome and might cost money.
Let me know, and we'll send some mails to Ritlabs.
