I can confirm that when I close Voyager on my USB stick, it take a
while before I can "Disconnect the Device" in XP. But that's certainly
less than a minute, and I have no on-access AV software running.

I don't know what Voyager does upon closing (certainly not deleting
the often-mentioned unwanted registry entries), and weird it is.
