Hi, Excellent, thank you. That did the trick. My next question was going to be what is the 'hide items if not explicitly displayed' option? I thought it may refer to instead of listing every single email address in the 'to' field when you send an email to the group, it may just list the name of the group (which is something I want to work out how to do). From your reply though, this option just refers to whether the members of the group are also shown individually in the root of the address book? Also, can anyone tell me what is the difference between the "name" and "distinctive name" in the group setup dialog?
