I use only the Bat. Whenever I compose a new message the template uses
the line:

%COOKIE="C:\Documents and Settings\Rick\My Documents\mail account 
exports\politics.txt"

I only have about 35 but that is by choice. What is the advantage of
Kookiejar? I am asking not baiting. Thanks
