Not at all? Or can only add them manually after creating the message?

I can right-click a file on the desktop or explorer window and select
"send to" and then either "mail recipient" or "The Bat!". TB! opens if
it is not already open, and a selection box appears to pick which
account to send from. After picking an account, a new message opens
with the file attached but my templates are not used. The message body
is either blank or just says "Your files are attached and ready to
send with this message." (The best option for me if TB! is already open
is to drag and drop - that way my templates are used.)

Similar behaviour if I follow the options to send a file from within
MS Paint.

Trying to send a link from Firefox looks as if it will work until I
put in an addressee and move to the message body - then the link
disappears and the message body is populated by the relevant template.

I cannot send a file by email from within MS Word as the menu option
is greyed out. (The option to send by Fax is available, even though I
do not have a Fax client configured!)

Is it bad luck to be superstitious?
