The opposite happens for me. I send a link within FF and choose a recipient that I have a template for and the template isn't used! That figures. ;-) Of course TB! is my FAX client as I use email to fax and fax to email, but that means nothing to programs. It's a shame TB! isn't able to exploit such a basic and useful feature of Windows.
