I can only add them manually after creating the message.

For me the Send To / Mail Recipient doesn't work, no attachments, but
sending to a TB! shortcut in the Send To folder does work, and the file is
attached and templates work fine..

I have been doing that, but it is cumbersome. I was hoping to take advantage
of the 'Send this file', 'Email this document' and 'Send to' features within
most of the Windows applications I use on a daily basis as it would ave all
that wretched window juggling.

Don't have that option in MS Paint on XP....not that I ever use MS Paint.

The opposite happens for me. I send a link within FF and choose a recipient
that I have a template for and the template isn't used! The link remains as
is.

That figures. ;-)

Of course TB! is my FAX client as I use email to fax and fax to email, but
that means nothing to programs.

It's a shame TB! isn't able to exploit such a basic and useful feature of
Windows. TB! has been around for a long while now so I would have thought
that annoyance would have been resolved by now.
