Yes, I tried installing the SimpleMAPI handler and it is pretty pointless
actually. And of course the default Windows MAPI32 is extended MAPI:

"Extended MAPI 1.0 for Windows NT"
"1.0.2536.0 (XPClient.010817-1148)"
"5.1.2600.0"

So full system integration is just a no go then..never?
