By file manager, I mean a program that lets me manipulate disk files
(create directories, move files, etc.). I tried navigating into TB's
directory and moving the folders around as I want.

For example, I have

Inbox->Work->Folder A

and I want to move Folder A so that it is

Inbox->Archived->Folder A
