I see no real option other than putting in the work to do it manually now, but I'd suggest setting things up to archive automatically in future. Rather than moving the folders themselves to "Archive" it might be less fiddly to select all messages in the folder and use "copy to folder" or "move to folder" to put all the messages into a new duplicate folder at the Archive location. One way to achieve the automation is to use "folder-specific deletion settings" (Alternative deletion, move to specified folder, use alternative deletion for purging) in conjunction with "keep messages in base for X days" and "On exit...remove old messages". All of those are in "Folder Properties" (but not in the case of Inbox, Outbox, Sent Mail, and Trash folders). I would suggest placing your archive folders in a password-protected account.
