Thanks for the suggestion but I don't know ahead of time if a folder will need to be archived or not. I suppose I could setup a copy of them all and just delete the ones that should be moved at some point but that will result in a lot of extra and, sometimes incorrect (since I edit them), emails. It seems there isn't a solution for this. It really should be part of the program but TB has always been lacking in basic tools and options so I don't expect much there. My thanks to everyone that offered suggestions.
