And what is the difference ? This is a hidden cost. My paper had 10 pages
long when submitted, 4 pages more after reviews. How can you submit 8 pages
with one at least for the bibliography in a transactions ? And 200 euros
for one page ? This is not a free journal.

I think you are paying for overlength pages (an extra 6 pages over the 8
page limit) and not to get your paper published. If your paper had been 8
pages long, then you wouldn't have to pay.
