I have a team lead who stickhandles all this stuff for me. She's well-liked by pretty much everyone in the office, has great social skills, and possesses very good "street cred" by virtue of her own subject matter expertise, which is in an area central to our business. All I have to do is ask the right questions, record the answers, and write it up. Social skills and subject matter expertise, therefore, seem to be good things to have. -- Milan Davidovic http://altmilan.blogspot.com http://www.terminus1525.ca/studio/view/2758 _______________________________________________ Interested in Interactive 3D Documentation?
