Hi. Wanted to take a breather from updating documentation for our next release to introduce myself.
I have been writing documentation since 2/10/95. I've been at QDS just over 8 years and am the only writer here. Currently, I'm using Dreamweaver and RoboHelp X5 to create WebHelp for our products. I recently finished a conversion of 119 WinHelp files to HTML. I like that type of work - conversions. Over the years, I've converted from OfficeVision to Word <job #1>, OfficeVision to WinHelp <here>, and WinHelp to HTML <here>. My main areas of interest are with DW and HTML.
Personally, I'm married, two kids, live in North Liberty, IA, and work in Cedar Rapids <about a 20 minute commute one-way> and stay busy with writing freelance music reviews <http://www.dailyvault.com/article.php5?id=76>, the kids, and household projects that seem to present themselves.
