(raises hand) Tech writer for over 20 years here; got my start as a college kid working a summer job with IBM in the mid-80s, and have had a bunch of different job titles over the years, but they've all involved technical communication in some way.
In the last few years, I've specialized in managing the development of proposals and RFP responses; I must be one of the only people in the world who really enjoys that work, and now I head up the proposal and business strategy practice for a rapidly growing managed service provider in New York City. Happily married (to a journalist), have been living in NYC for the last ten years; no kids, but two elderly Chow Chows and an irascible tomcat share a tiny Greenwich Village apartment with us. I blog about tech-comm-related topics, from time to time, here: http://campbell-online.com/blog All best, Barry -- Barry Campbell -- <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Voice: +1.212.807.1836 | Mobile: +1. 646.498.3518 AOL IM: bcampbellnyc Blog: http://campbell-online.com _______________________________________________ Are you a Help Authoring Trainer or Consultant?
