I think we have all had the respect issue at one time or another on a job. I 
know I felt it when I first came to the position I have now, espcecially from 
developers. I just did my work and the lack of respect they showed at time was 
noticed by my superiors, without me having to say much about it.  This has 
changed in the last year and I have found my place in the company, so much so 
that today I will be included in the interview process for a new developer...to 
find out how much he "respects" the roles of documentation and QA in the 
overall software design cycle. I am really excited!!
