And, to follow up on my most recent reply, at the last place it
couldn't. The product changed so significantly up to GA, and even the
week following GA, that the user doc set had to ship late. I produced an
online PDF that was maintained up-to-date and available for customer
download, and online help projects were updated as part of the build.

And, the place before that we had no paper for customers, only online
PDFs and help.

And, the place before that ... well ... it all worked there and books
were back from the printer for packaging with the product. Only
translated documentation lagged.

And, the place before that ... well ... it worked too. Books were back
from the printer, no translation was done (dealers handled that on their
own).

And ...
