Okay - so I didn't know doodley squat about deictic pronouns. I only make 5 figures. I'm over 23. I don't drink beer or wine. I do drink Tanqueray and Tonic. I've been working as a professional writer for 10 years and as project administrator and manager for much longer. I feel totally satisfied when I can get a complicated software application documented down to a 5th or 6th grade reading level. I am an excellent tech writer. Excellent <mumble> Wal-Mart.
