My last two webinars through Vasont have been miserable experiences. The webinar that I tried to attend today did not include a dial-up for the audio, and I could not access the internet audio broadcast even though I jumped through every hoop that Microsoft Live Meeting required of me. Without the audio, the slides were not very useful, and I found out that the audio wasn't being recorded, so it won't be available later. The webinar that I tried to attend prior to that one had a dial-up connection, so I had audio, but something was messed up so that anyone exiting the meeting took down the slide portion of the webinar for everyone else.
Has anyone actually had good luck attending a Vasont webinar? I'm about ready to give up on them, regardless of how interested I may be in the topics.
