I got a combination of pleas of ignorance plus claims of "technical difficulties." I have the feeling that they considered it my problem, not theirs. That's why I was wondering if anyone else has the same problems.
Vasont offers webinars and workshops in things like XML, single-sourcing, and DITA. JoAnn Hackos is frequently (if not always) the presenter. The topics always sound wonderful, but the experiences with the webinars don't always leave you with a very good taste in your mouth.
